Dear One Book, One BHS participant,
By this point, you should have received a letter in the mail formally inviting you to our first One Book, One BHS meeting. Just to confirm, though, our first meeting is tomorrow, Wednesday, March 11th at 5:45p.m. We are excited to get started!
All of our meetings will be held at the BHS library. We will start with snacks at 5:45p.m. Then we will have the meet-and-greet as well as provide an introduction to the book from 6 to 7.
Just a reminder, we will be reading The Host by Stephanie Meyer. You may provide your own copy, or there are copies available. While we may not be able to secure a copy before the meeting, you may still order a copy through us by replying to this email and requesting one; it will be made available for $15.
Since this first meeting is the introduction, it will be okay if you have not yet purchased or read the book by tomorrow’s meeting. There will be a check-in meeting halfway on April 15th from 6-7, and our final meeting will be May 6th from 6-7. All meetings will be held at the BHS library. Please don’t hesitate to call or email with any questions you may have. Thanks again for your interest and we’re looking forward to seeing you soon!
